🚚 Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Locations
We deliver nationwide across Kenya.
- Nairobi & Environs: We use our internal dispatch team and trusted motorbike couriers.
- Upcountry (Outside Nairobi): We partner with reliable courier services such as G4S, Wells Fargo, and Fargo Courier. We can also utilize PSV parcel services (e.g., EasyCoach, Ena Coach) upon specific customer request.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Nairobi (CBD & Westlands): Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
- Nairobi (Outskirts): Next-day delivery.
- Upcountry: 24 – 48 hours depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.
- Free Delivery: We offer complimentary delivery within Nairobi for orders totaling Ksh 10,000 or more.
- Standard Nairobi Delivery: Ksh 300 - Ksh 500 (depending on zone).
- Upcountry: Pay on Delivery (to the courier) or Pre-paid (approx. Ksh 500 - Ksh 1,500 depending on item weight).
4. Store Pickup
You can choose to collect your order from our physical shop to avoid shipping charges.
- Location: Room G12, Ground Floor, Madonna House, Westlands Road.
- Pickup Hours: Mon-Fri (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM), Sat (10:00 AM - 3:00 PM).
- Please bring your order confirmation number and ID.
🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with all seals, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Window
- Defective/Wrong Items: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is damaged, defective (Dead on Arrival), or incorrect.
- General Returns: Eligible returns must be brought back to us within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and licensing reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Software (Microsoft Office, Antivirus) if the seal is broken or key delivered.
- Opened ink or toner cartridges.
- Headphones or earphones (hygiene reasons).
- Products damaged due to misuse, electrical surges, or liquid spills.
4. Restocking Fee
If you are returning a fully functional item due to a "change of mind" or compatibility issue (where the correct item was supplied as ordered), a 15% restocking/handling fee will apply. This fee covers repackaging and administrative costs.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 3-5 business days via the original method of payment (M-Pesa or Bank Transfer). Cash refunds are not instant for amounts over Ksh 5,000.
🛠️ Warranty Claims
For items that develop a fault after the return window but within the warranty period (e.g., 1 Year):
- We will assist you in booking the device with the Authorized Service Centre (e.g., HP, Dell, or Lenovo Service Centers in Nairobi).
- Warranty repair timelines are determined by the manufacturer (typically 7–21 days).
