By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Product Information and Pricing

2.1. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications (for HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.) are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. Manufacturers often update specs without notice; therefore, images are for illustrative purposes only.

2.2. Pricing and Availability

• Currency: All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES).
• VAT: Prices are inclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice due to forex fluctuations or supplier price changes.
• Errors: In the event of a pricing error (e.g., a laptop listed at Ksh 5,000 instead of Ksh 50,000), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any monies paid.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock unavailability.

3.2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• M-Pesa (Paybill/Till Number).
• Bank Transfer (EFT/RTGS).
• Cash (In-store only).
• Cheques (Goods are released only after cheque clearance, approx. 3-4 working days).

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Delivery Timelines

• Nairobi: Same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 2:00 PM.
• Upcountry: 24–48 hours via trusted courier partners (e.g., Wells Fargo, G4S, or PSV parcels as per client request).

4.2. Delivery Costs

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery within Nairobi CBD/Westlands for orders above Ksh 10,000.

4.3. Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Warranty Policy

5.1. Manufacturer Warranty

As an authorized dealer, most of our products (Laptops, Desktops, Printers) come with a valid Manufacturer’s Warranty (e.g., 1 Year HP Warranty).

• Warranty claims must be handled directly through authorized service centers (we can assist in directing you to them).
• Warranty covers hardware defects only. It does not cover software issues, physical damage, liquid damage, or power surge damage.

5.2. Accessories

Unless stated otherwise, accessories (cables, adapters, mice) carry a limited warranty (typically 3 to 6 months).

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following strict conditions:

• Dead on Arrival (DOA): If a product is defective upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours.
• Wrong Item Sent: If we deliver the wrong product, it must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.

6.2. Non-Returnable Items

• Software licenses (Microsoft Office, Antivirus) once the seal is broken or key is delivered.
• Toner cartridges and ink that have been opened.
• Items damaged by customer negligence (drops, spills).

6.3. Restocking Fee

Returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., "Change of Mind") are subject to management approval and may attract a 15% restocking fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, Webline Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nairobi.
